Eligibility
PDF: organisme must be constituted as an "organisme à but non lucratif" (Quebec or federal) or a "coopérative de solidarité"; must "Avoir son siège social à Gatineau"; must realize at least 51% of the project on Gatineau territory.

PDF: "L'aide financière peut couvrir jusqu'à 75 % des dépenses admissibles liées à la réalisation du projet, jusqu'à concurrence de 20 000 $." Support percentage scales with the committee's evaluation score (up to 75% for a 90-100 score, down to none below 50).
