Eligibility
Page: "un organisme à but non lucratif légalement constitué depuis 6 mois à la date de dépôt," pursuing professional cultural activities, headquartered in Montreal, in good standing with the City; sole proprietorships, public/parapublic bodies, schools and entities already funded elsewhere by the City for the same period are explicitly ineligible.

Page: purpose is to "soutenir des projets de développement culturel structurants pour l'arrondissement." Applications must be submitted "au moins douze (12) semaines avant le début prévu du projet."
