Eligibility
The Video program contributes to the cost of producing music videos for eligible Canadian sound recordings by artists rated 2 and 3 Envelope Funding recipients are not eligible to apply. This program has rolling deadlines but must be submitted by January 14, 2027, to be included in this fiscal program year (April 1 – March 31). FACTOR will contribute 50% of the total eligible budget up to a project maximum of $20,000 for Artist 2, and $30,000 for Artist 3. FACTOR staff assess the eligibility of the projects and costs and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors for their approval.
What to send
Applicants must submit a detailed budget on application. You must also submit a Supplier’s Declaration and Undertaking signed by each video producer or production company.
