Eligibility
This residency opportunity is designed for artists of all disciplines that are physically located in Katarokwi-Kingston during the residency. To participate, artists must self-identify within the queer/trans community, and be Black, Indigenous, and/or a person of colour (QTBIPOC). They can be emerging artists with existing artistic practices, or Newcomers (those who have lived in Canada for less than 5 years) who are early or mid-career artists that are curious and eager to explore and integrate archival materials, especially Katarokwi-Kingston focused archives, into their art practice(s).
