Eligibility
Program page (telefilm.ca): "Applications may be submitted by companies or individuals who meet the eligibility criteria indicated in the Program guidelines." The Filmmaker Apply-Direct stream additionally requires the filmmaker to self-identify as belonging to an underrepresented group (the guidelines list Indigenous, Black, or other racialized filmmakers, women, persons with disabilities, and LGBTQ2 filmmakers) making their first feature.

Application through Telefilm's Dialogue portal. Page: "Projects may be submitted only once per fiscal year." Program guidelines set out the full eligibility and assessment criteria.
