Eligibility
Organization must be a "Canadian-controlled corporation" that has "its head office in Canada," works "in the film, television or digital media sectors," and has "experience and expertise in organizing film festivals or markets." The festival or market must have "had at least 7 editions" and "a minimum total activity budget of $300,000 CA."
What to send
Two annual intake cycles, one per festival period (October-March and April-September); apply through Telefilm's Dialogue online portal.
