Looking Forward grants support the exploration and implementation of significant organizational change to help Manitoba-based arts and cultural organizations prepare for the future and reach their goals. This program is offered through a collaboration between Winnipeg Foundation and the Manitoba Arts Council.

Eligibility
Organizations that are: arts and/or culture focused or primarily engaging in arts and culture to fulfill their mission; Manitoba-based and operating in Manitoba; in continuous operation for at least three years prior to the date they apply; and one of the following: a registered charity; a registered non-profit; a registered for-profit (book and periodical publishers only); a collective (defined as having two or more members, with the majority living in Manitoba); or operating with a comparable alternative organizational structure.
