Eligibility
SFAS 2026 Submission Guidelines PDF: “The Sooke Fine Arts Show welcomes artists resident (including part-time) on any of BC's coastal islands, including Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands and Haida Gwaii.” Artwork “must be the original creation of the artist”, completed in the last 18 months, and not shown in another major juried art show on BC's coastal islands; AI-generated art is not eligible.
What to send
Guidelines PDF: “Up to 3 pieces per artist may be submitted”, “Submission fees are $20 (+GST) per piece and are not refundable after submissions have closed.” All work must be for sale at “a fair market price (minimum $350)”. 2-3 images per piece (jpg/jpeg, at least 1500px, max 4MB) submitted online. If accepted: “Exhibition Fee: $40 (+ GST) per accepted piece” and “Sales Commission: 30%”.
