Eligibility
“Local groups or organizations in the City of Portage la Prairie, whether incorporated or unincorporated, may apply for grants.” Individuals cannot apply. The Beautification and Community Pride category names “public art projects” as an eligible use; the Community Building category names “cultural fairs, cultural education programs.”
