Eligibility
Competitors attaining a mark of 80% or over will be eligible for medallions, trophies and awards. However, only competitors who are 20 years of age or younger as of December 31 st before the upcoming festival, and who meet the specified scholarship requirements, will be eligible for major scholarships.
