Eligibility
Applicants must be "Currently attending – and graduating from – Gulf Islands Secondary School on Salt Spring Island" and "Be or have been a part or full-time resident of the Southern Gulf Islands (SD64) for at least 1 calendar year prior to June 1 of the year of application."
