The Perform program is intended to provide Manitoba artists/groups with tour support funding to develop audiences outside of their hometown. This includes performances and tours across Canada, through the United States and internationally.

Eligibility
Eligible applicants: The applicant must be an artist who is a Manitoba resident. Ineligible applicants: Government departments, public agencies or other public institutions, and public or private broadcasting companies are not eligible. Not for profit organizations and charitable ventures are not eligible. In the case of partnerships or corporations, a minimum of 50% of the partnership or company directors must meet these eligibility requirements. To access the Perform program’s $15,000 annual cap level, the applicant must be registered as a business or incorporated in Manitoba.
