Eligibility
To be eligible, candidates must: have excellent language skills, both oral and written in either English or French (candidates must be able to demonstrate high fluency); be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada (those studying in Canada on a student visa are not eligible); and have completed, by the start of their work term and within the last 10 years, at least one full year of postsecondary studies. Quebec candidates must have completed two years of college-level studies or one year of university.
