The Northern Youth Cultural Fund (NYCF), delivered in partnership with the Northern Sport, Culture and Recreation District (NSCRD), provides funding for cultural, artistic or creative interactive activities for children and youth ages 4 to 19 that take place within the boundaries of the Northern District.

Eligibility
Applicants can apply for up to 100% of eligible project expenses, to a maximum of $5,000. Eligible applicants include: The applicant must be in existence as a registered non-profit for at least one full fiscal year; Eligible projects must start no sooner than four (4) weeks after the application deadline and must end within twelve (12) months of the project start date. Retroactive project funding is not eligible. Eligible activities include: Projects that are submitted that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be reviewed.
