Eligibility
If you are a first-time applicant to the Newcomer and Refugee Arts Engagement program or if you have any questions about your project’s eligibility, please contact the Program Manager. To be eligible for this funding, an applicant must: 1 If you are a first-time applicant to the Newcomer and Refugee Arts Engagement program or if you have any questions about your project’s eligibility, please contact the Program Manager. To apply to this program, applicants must be either an incorporated non-profit organization or an unincorporated collective operating on a not-for-profit basis.
