Canadian not-for-profit organizations and associations; municipalities with population up to 10000; Indigenous not-for-profits; Indigenous governments and band councils. Individuals not listed.

Signed application form and budget form plus supporting documents emailed to the regional office; apply at least 18 weeks before the event (18 weeks from a search summary; the page read gives windows)
