Eligibility
Awarded annually to an undergraduate student in financial need who is proceeding from one year to another in the Film Studies program. Eligible students must be Canadian Citizens or permanent residents of Canada (landed immigrant or a protected person) and must meet OSAP's Ontario residency requirements. Endowed in 2004 by family and friends of Matthew Karlinsky who chose to learn about the world through the study of film and music.
