Eligibility
Applications must be received by April 1, of current festival season. Candidates must be at a Grade 6 level or over and enter the following categories: Two (2) selections from different periods , which must be chosen from the following classes: All of the following requirements must be met by a Penticton Kiwanis Music Festival participant in order to qualify for the Eva and Hugh Cleland Scholarship.
