Incorporated not-for-profit community organizations (at least one year old), local governments, universities and First Nations; individuals or unincorporated groups may apply with an eligible organization endorsing them; building conservation excluded

Up to 50% of project costs; grant cannot exceed purchased labour materials and equipment; deadlines Jan 31 and Jun 1
