Eligibility
This program is open to both current grantees and new applicants. Applications must be submitted by 4:30 pm MT on the deadline date. Checking if you are eligible to apply however, it may help ensure your application is generally clear, eligible and complete. Please see ‘Who Can Apply?’ for more information. Applicants who did not receive an operating grant in 2026 must submit a Letter of Intent and be screened by staff for eligibility before applying through this program. These meetings are open to any applicant interested in applying to this program.
