Eligibility
Page: “limited to artists residing in the Greater Vancouver Regional District or Metro Vancouver”; priority to artists who are “Deaf, deaf, Hard of Hearing, Non-Verbal, Neurodiverse, or practice non-verbal communication”, to “Trans and Queer artists exploring silence during voice transitions”, and to “Indigenous artists from Host Nations (Musqueam, Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh).”
What to send
Artist CV, answers to 10 short questions, and supporting materials related to the applicant's non-verbal practice; submit by email, Google Form, or an audio/ASL-video recording of responses. A free info session runs January 6, 2027.
