Eligibility
Page: applicants must be "Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons upon whom refugee protection has been conferred," a "Peterborough City or County Resident (including Curve Lake and Hiawatha)," recognized as a professional artist with at least one year of public presentation history, and "Age 18 or over."
What to send
Applicants may only apply to one component of the program per year; all reports from previous EC3 grants must be submitted first.
