Eligibility
Program page (fondsradiostar.com): applicants must be an "artiste ou entreprise des communautés francophones en situation minoritaire" (artist or business from a Canadian francophone minority community, i.e. outside Quebec); the applicant must hold the exploitation rights to the recording; a record label must show its principal place of business is "à l'extérieur du Québec" (outside Quebec).
What to send
Completed application form (Excel spreadsheet provided by the fund); sales reports (Luminate/Soundscan or distributor reports); production, exploitation and distribution contracts; a digital copy of the recording; company financial statements. An eligible album must have been released within the prior 24 months, an EP within the prior 8 months; only an album or EP is eligible, not a single track.
