Eligibility
Page: professional or emerging artists, with priority given to MRC d'Arthabaska residents for library locations; one library venue is specifically for artists aged 12-24.
What to send
Page: stipends by location -- "Hôtel de ville": $600 (4-month exhibition, 10-12 works minimum); "Bibliothèque Charles-Édouard-Mailhot": $500 (3 months, 5 works minimum); "Bibliothèque Alcide-Fleury" (ages 12-24): $300 (4 months, 5 works minimum); outdoor vitrines: $300-$600 (4 months, 4-8 works). Selections made in July.
