Review detailed fund and eligibility criteria in the Culture Innovation Fund: Development Support to Cultural Organizations guidelines. Complete an Expression of Interest online to start the application process. Submit your completed Expression of Interest. Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage reviews your Expression of Interest after the submission deadline. If you’re selected to submit a full application, the department emails you an application package.
