Eligibility
Detail page (artsnl2024.ca/creation): "Indigenous (applicants will be expected to explain their relationship with their culture and Identity)" and "A resident of Newfoundland and Labrador for a minimum of one year at the time of application; and Over the age of 18."
What to send
Online, video submission, or paper application; "all applicants reach out to ArtsNL's program staff before applying" is strongly recommended; a final report is due "within three months of the project/activity end date."
