Eligibility
Professional artist, writer or curator in a CALQ discipline; Canadian citizen or permanent resident who has lived in Quebec for the past 12 months (residency rule read on sibling CALQ program pages, not on this page).

Apply through the Mon dossier CALQ portal; submit at least four weeks before the project starts.
