Eligibility
Application form: “MUST be Safe Access to your property – in the Cowichan Valley and accessible within 45 minutes of Duncan. You must carry appropriate liability insurance.” Working in an eligible medium (painting, pottery, glass, textiles, wood, furniture, metals, weaving, jewelry, sculpture, or other) and able to attend monthly or bi-monthly meetings.
