Eligibility
Applicants must be "Based on Salt Spring Island" and "A member of Salt Spring Arts Council (SSAC) or an organizational member of SSAC (if an organization)". Projects must be "An artistic or cultural endeavour within the mandate of SSAC (ex. visual, performing and literary arts)".
