Eligibility
Applications may be led by "First Nations", "Local and regional governments" and "Registered not-for-profit organizations and registered charities". "We don't fund individuals, community-benefitting companies, or businesses operating for private profit."
What to send
Talk with staff first; project plan, concept design, capital budget, programming plan and engagement summary; decided at one of three advisory committee meetings a year.
