Eligibility
Organizations must "Be a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency or a registered British Columbia not-for-profit society", "Have been in operation for at least one year" and "Be based in or serving the Saanich Peninsula (Sidney, North Saanich, or Central Saanich)".
