Eligibility
«Avoir la citoyenneté canadienne ou le statut de résident permanent et être domicilié à Longueuil»; must demonstrate «cinq années et plus» of peer-recognized professional practice in a recognized discipline. Collectives must be primarily composed of Longueuil residents.
