Eligibility
Individual artists and collectives in any discipline; independent contractor; not a live-in residency.
What to send
Two phases: expression of interest, then a full proposal, budget and interview ($500 honorarium for Phase 2); memorandum of understanding with the City; about 20 hours a week for 10 weeks.
